IPDC Finance Limited, a pioneering financial institution in Bangladesh, introduces the DANA App to enhance the efficiency of financial transactions for distributor representatives.
The DANA App offers features such as easy and secure requests for loans and payments, real-time notifications, a dashboard for quick insights into retailer transactions, and a convenient retailer account closure feature. This app reflects IPDC’s commitment to innovation and providing user-friendly solutions for businesses in Bangladesh.
Challenge
Designing this app for distributor representatives came with a few key challenges. Many users weren’t very familiar with technology, so it was essential to create an easy and clear flow that would guide them through each step.
Another challenge was the long form-filling process, where all information had to be entered correctly in one go to avoid any financial issues or delays for customers. On top of that, we needed to stick closely to the brand’s color scheme, which limited design choices and made it trickier to keep the app both user-friendly and visually appealing.
Results
After a few rounds of feedback and adjustments, the client approved the design, and the app moved into development. Now live on the Play Store, the app is actively used by distributor representatives daily. With over 100 users logging in each day to manage and close loans for IPDC Finance Limited, the app has received no complaints about user experience. This positive reception shows that the app effectively meets the needs of its users, streamlining their tasks and helping them work confidently and efficiently.
